What data we collect
This website does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools. We do not automatically collect data about your visit.
We collect personal data when you contact us through the enquiry form on this website. This may include your name, email address, organisation, and any information you include in your message.
Where you register to access evaluation reports through Axrea Insights, we collect your name, email address, professional role, and responses to our Q&A. These responses contribute anonymously to our research dataset and are used to personalise your report. You will be informed of this at the point of registration.
Why we collect it
We use your contact information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up in connection with a potential advisory or evaluation engagement. Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests. For Insights subscribers, our lawful basis is consent, given at the point of registration.
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is retained for no longer than three years from last contact. Insights subscriber data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to two years thereafter for research purposes, in anonymised form.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. No cookie consent banner is required.
