• Experience

I bring twenty years of hands-on experience in real estate, having worked at the global construction consultancy Davis Langdon (now part of AECOM) and at KPMG, where I advised on tax reliefs for real estate investments.

More recently, I ran a real estate corporate finance firm in the UK. During that time, I became involved in AI investments and saw firsthand the challenges real estate leaders face when integrating new technologies. Determined to bridge the gap between property expertise and cutting-edge AI, I pursued advanced study and established Axrea, so clients can harness AI with financial discipline and strategic clarity, avoiding costly missteps.

  • Qualifications

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying (2.1) from Ulster University. A Master’s in Computer Science and Data Analytics (with Merit) from the University of York. An MBA from Ulster University Business School. And a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy (with Distinction) from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

I am a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and currently undertaking a PhD in AI, where my research focuses on human-centred AI for industry.

This combination of real estate, finance and AI expertise underpins my mission at Axrea: to help property‐focused organisations make confident, value-driven technology investments.
